Is there a setting on IPcop 1.3 for the RED nic to configure login ID and pass. My new ISP requires me to authenticate. System was working fine with the old static IP because I did not need to configure any authentication to the isp.

Your ISP probably uses PPPoE. You can enter your authentication details by accessing the Network/Dialup Menu. BTW, IPCOP is now up to 1.4.11. Get the latest version!
