how can i map a specific ip to a MAC device (eg. 192.168.1.100 - 00:A1:2B:3c:4B:5E)

Are you asking how to make that MAC address always have the same IP address? If so then perhaps a DHCP reservation or a fixed entry in the ARP table might do it. Or are you asking how to find the MAC that relates to a given IP or vice versa?
