Which networking devices maintain ARP table and which do not ?

Basically, any device that has layer 3 functionality should need an ARP table. Since an ARP table is a mapping between IP addresses (layer 3) and MAC addresses (layer 2).

So I can this boils down to PCs, Routers, Layer 2 Switches that have some layer 3 capabilities, Layer 3 switches, Firewalls.
