Does cisco issue a certificate for successful completion of each ccnp module? or do they wait till you finish all four and issue just one certificate?

I passed my CCNP BSCI module exam on the 10th of last month and till now they haven't mailed my certificate yet. Should i be concerned?

Yes, you must complete all the tests before getting a certificate.
