I am having a problem with our ERP software running webapps across the WAN links. the links range from 56K frame to T-1 speed. When testoing at 56K the pdf reports come up very slow and data screens are slow. The Wan links never get over 25% utilization. I see no FECNs or BECNs. We are going into a meeting this afternoon any ideas on how I can prove the WAN speed is not the issue?

How large are the pdf files that you tried transfering over the 56k frame relay line, and how long did it take?

Can you give us more details on how your network is setup so we can get the big picture ?

Without dealing with the solution,
if you're sure that its not the wan links, just setup a couple of transfers of the same pdf files via some other method eg FTP and then show them that the WAN is not whats slowing it down.
