sorry i think i've got confused between bonding and load balancing
i've got 2 3G simcards and 2 3G modems and i wanted to know if i could perform some kind of load balancing between the 2 links. ive seen adsl bonding but that has to be done by your isp doesnt it? i think i need to do a bit more research!

It is possible to do static routes in windows. Guide here:

So you could connect both connections then add in your bittorrent/gaming/vpn ips to one, and then use the other connection for everything else. This would be effective if you are say, connecting to VPN for work, but also surfing the internet.

So basicaly:
Connection A Gateway:
Connection B Gateway:

Say your VPN connections was going to: you could force that to

Then set Connection b as your primary connection for internet explorer.

Hope this helps.
