"Product no longer supported: contact manufacturer
Thank you for submitting an error report.
The error was likely caused by:
Intel Storage Driver (IdeChnDr.sys)
Intel Storage Driver (IdeChnDr.sys) was created by Intel® Corporation. This
product is no longer supported by the manufacturer. For more information see
the Intel® Corporation website at Intel® Corporation"
Can U give me a suggestion to overcome this problem,I want to exactly know
whether the problem is with the hardware(HDD.Motherboard,or the processor) or
the drivers installed
I'm assuming that you saw one of those boxes that has the "send/don't send" boxes. I'm also assuming that you have an Intel-based computer hardware device.
If this is the first time you've seen this specific error and you are unable to replicate it, then I would just ignore the error, might have been a glitch. If you can replicate it the same way every time, then try uninstalling the driver and getting a more up to date driver for the device, or try to see if Windows has one for you.
