I was looking on youtube as I commonly do for information and I ran into this video about Route Summarization:

I couldn't quite grasp what exactly he was trying to teach about route summary so I ran around and did some more research and put together my own short and to the point version:

I made video to get feedback and to know if I am indeed doing it correctly or I need to go out and do some more research.

Your absolutely right the way you did it. Well explained.

Note here that we do router summarization only for routes that point to the same interface (or target IP) in the routing table. Otherwise packets would be forwarded to the wrong interface.

Also, complicating your example, if we had a fourth route that forwards to a different location (interface or IP). Then this route has to be excluded by leaving it in the routing table. When a packet comes, the router will pick/test this route first because /24 is a more specific than /22.
