Hello!

Can I use or implement VPN even if I don't have website and that I don't have a registered domain name?

I was trying to implement( experimenting actually) VPN on my small network.I had set up remote access and services on my 2003 server and followed the steps in configuring VPN, but still can not connect.

Thank you very much.

No, you do not need a website or registered domain name to connect to a VPN. You can use an IP address.

Can you explain your setup and problems?
