Google is your friend here. Look for an introductory document, there are loads out there. Also don't get too hung up on lengthy descriptions of the ASN.1 structure and language. Many writers feel somehow compelled to spend ages explaining it all just because they can and because it's there. However you only need a surface grasp of those areas unless you're planning on writing or heavily modifying MIBs for your own work. If you're going to use ones produced by manufacturers you don't need all that.

Yes TheBishop, I'm not planned to spend too much time on SNMP details, I have enough materials to worry about, i'm looking for some resources like videos or any exlanations that look similar to ones exist in howstuffworks.com.
