If i set ROUTER 1 as a dhcp server and then connected ROUTER 2 through serial of ROUTER 1 to ask for a dhcp.

Is there a particular command where i can type at the ROUTER 2 CLI to ask for a DHCP from ROUTER 1?

Try this:

[code:1]Router(config)# interface fa0/0
Router(config-if)# ip address dhcp[/code:1]

However, for some reason this command is not available particularly for Serial interfaces.
