Hi,

I know of a collage that is about to setup quite a big network, they are planning to use fibre cables.Would it be cheaper to use cat7 ethernet cables instead of fibre, what would be the advantages of using fibre?I know cat7 is cheaper than fible and can handle networks that a fibre network can.

Nice article.

Does anyone know of any other network related online magazines? Preferrably English language?

Network World is pretty good for enterprise networking stuff. You'll notice many of sites linked by Slashdot and Digg are good too.
