if a router(A) will send packet to another router (B)... as the packet has source and destination ip addresses and the router(B) destination physical address as well, So my Question is that either router B physical address is enough for packet to reach from router A or there must be ip address of the Router B as well ?

If router B is connected to the same segment as router A, then you can use only the MAC, but thats not the way things are usually done.

MAC address sending a receiving only works within the local subnet. Once you pass a layer 3 device (like router), packets get re-encapsulated with deferent source/destination MAC addresses.
