Wish it was commercially available. I have just started a trial of getting up 5am to spend 2 hours each day before work doing reserach and self led IT training. It seems to be the answer to spending time with the fiance and still playing with computers.

If u really wanna get up in the mornings, try self hypnotism. Before going to sleep, tell yourself "Wake up at 5:00 am" or "wake me up at 5:00am" It really works, try it out. You will get up 5 to 10 minutes of your aimed time........... that too without an alarm clock.
