User: "I got a problem with the printer, it doesn't print".

IT Support (Me): "Is this a LAN or a Local printer".

User: "uh, it's on my desk".

simply maybe

user: lacal printers what are they ?

technical IT people use terminologies to scare people away but not in this case, as an undergarduate before I became use to computers a computer engineer in my neiborghood told me my RAM is spoked so I have to pay more money. I never had the guts to ask him what is a spoked RAM so I just simply paid.
