I need some help - PLEASE

I have an IPCOP 1.4.21 firewall set up and want to block most of the world. I ONLY need allow incoming traffic from certain countries.

I have found several websites that give me a list of IPs for the countries but how do I block them?

I assume I need to manually build a large IPTABLE file but I have never done this. I did do a search on this web site and found several listings with internal workstation restrictions but nothing blocking traffic on the RED interface before it gets to my server.

All help is apperciated
