Help Please!!!

My internet server just crash and to make things quick and easy i've installed IPCOP version 1.4.18. However i need to block IM ports. Anyone ever done this before?????????

A bit tricky because if you block all the standard IM ports, most clients will tunnel over port 80 which you can't block. You will need to install the URLfilter addon and block relevant URLs.

Yep, you need a separate device to do this, the pix is not built to examine traffic at that level. You can block the ports but unless you block all ports (unplug firewall) they will be able to get around it.
