when I was studying in a cisco facility, my instructor told me that viruses are written in low level languages that dont need big servers for test running . could some one elucidate

Hmm, it used to the be the case that they were written in lower level languages to keep them small but these day they can be written in high level languages, macro's, vbscripts, etc...
