I am trying to set up IP to allow this URL through (obviously ip is different):

https://0.0.0.0:8443

but keep gettin this access denied screen (not the usual URL filter access denied screen)

I have tried puttin the IP address in the white list in URL filter, putting it with the https aswell in the whitelist, disableing Block sites accessed by it's IP address option, but still getting the same screen.
Any ideas guys??
