Hello people ;

I have a web server deployed in a machine when i make internal access to the server the log file of my web server register the access BUT " when i access from an external ip throught a proxy the access file doesnt write anything in the log access file".
Do you have any idea about what can be the reason of this problem ?

The administrator has disabled public write access.
