Hi guys,

happy Holidays,

I have a question, i have a ipcop 4.11 box firewalling my home network. Well i would like is there a way to run it on a small device. i was reading Linux Magazine, and i read about a device that the size of nic and you can install the software on it, instead of using a power draining pc.

Any suggestions,

As IPCOP can be installed and run off CompactFlash memory, you could get a small fanless barebones boxes like this . The system is about the size of a book and is totally silent.

Dalight, thanks for the info. I'll look into this barebones kits. I love the look of it already. The next step ill take it look up on how i can install ipcop on a flash drive.
