Hi,

What is the differences between some many images that c2600 IOS 12.3(9) has. For example difference between
1. c2600-a3js-mz.123-9.bin
2. c2600-bino3s3-mz.123-9.bin
3. c2600-jsx-mz.123-9.bin

Yesterday the whole day I've been searching the cisco website but I was just not able to find the features in each of these images. If somebody can give the link where it shows the complete features in each of these images, it will be of great help.

The reason I want to know the difference is I want to upgrade my cisco2612 which is currently running IOS12.2. I work for a testing company where we test the protocols specifications like RIPv1 OSPF of different vendors and whether they comply with the standards and alos whether they comply with Cisco. So they want me to ugrade to a new image which has almost all the features.

Bye

I don't personally know, but perhaps this link can be of some help. It reffers to older versions, still the images naming scheme propably reflexes the same features.

Nske is certainly on the correct track.

Huliyar, you can also visit www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product...are/ios123/index.htm where you will find all the information in regards to that IOS version.

Cheers,
