Hi i think cisco has time bug in device 6941.I have a Call Manager 8.3 version with correct time and i have 150 6941 phone with wrong time (+1 Hour) and 70 7921 with correct time.I try to find a sollution but nothing.6941 have latest firmware.Any help?
I've seen similar behavior with other IP Phones and older firmware versions. You could be possibly hitting a firmware bug. Have you tried downgrading to an earlier version and see if that resolves your problem? You can try it on one phone and if it works, roll it out to all 150 ip phones.
