Guys do u know a tool that can be installed to monitor my cisco routers at office.

What do you want to monitor? The traffic levels on your WAN ports? If so you could try MRTG. Do you just want to know the routers are still available? If so you could simply have a ping check running on them or go for something more elegant like one of the many network management solutions out there. Or if you want comprehensive configuration info and some support aids there's always Cisco Works

You will probably mean things like SNMP.

You can look for tools like Cacti, IP Monitor, PRTG, Cisco Works.
