I am using call manager express 3.3.How can I block users on the network from making calls from a particular line but allow people from the outside to be able to call the PSTN line, that is the line must only allow incoming calls but not outgoing calls.Any help will be highly appreciated.

configure your dial plan so that originating calls do not go anywhere.

Do you want to block all outgoing calls? Or just calls on a specific POTs line?

If you don't want calls to go out on a line, just don't have a dial peer configured for that line.
