I am looking for the best way to receive snmp traps from the perimeter routers to the snmp server on the inside network. i have changed the udp ports i.e 162, but still that feel that there is a vulnerability by opening a udp port in the firewall... any thoughts and ideas..........
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Specify the permitted source and destination address(es) when you open the ports
