I want to monitor my client leased line connection can any one Please suggest good leased line montoring tools..It will be more help for my job....

you may try solarwinds .. very poweerfull NMS ...

I have also used Cacti which is a similar tool to PRTG but you can do loads more monitoring with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls and Microsoft OS's, etc..

The cheapest way is to SNMP monitor the interface that the leased line is connected to. Othewise you will need some very expensive tools. Any SNMP based tool will do it for you.

Yup, Cacti will do this for ya, it also has loads of scripts that people have wrote to work with it :)
