First let me explain the scenario. We are in first three floors of a 12 floor building. We have three cisco switches in our firm.A 6509 switch(core) and two distribution switches(4510).We have configured 12 static vlans in all the switches.Even after configuring vlans we are able to connect to other vlans from any one of the vlan.Anyone help us to resolve this issue.

Regards
Benny

Have you got IP routing enabled between the VLANs?

Do you have your VLANs assigned to particular ports or switches? If the VLANs are everywhere, you'll be able to access them from everywhere
