brightstor arcserve 9 backup with novell 6 service pack 5

excuse me for my poor english,i'm italian.
i can't install BAB 9 patch:
when i have tried to install the QO53395 , the option to chooise products was grayed out.
i have found TEC321360 but the requirement of patch is asclus.nlm version 1/10/2003, but i have 31/10/2002.

how can get this version?

the patch has a dual install.
