We've never encountered this problem before, but it's certainly worth looking into.
As of today, the Cisco lab is offline for a period of around 6 weeks, until we get the development of our new reset system complete.
When this phase is over, we've got plans to start on a new fully featured booking system which won't have the limitations or problems our current one has.
