Scheduling - Calendar Exporting - What time do I log in?

Hello All-

First of all, thanks for making the Cisco Lab a reality. It is greatly appreciated.

Problem:
After scheduling a time slot on the lab calendar, I open the reservation up and choose "export" - the feature that allows one to export the calendar item in iCal or vCal format. Exporting works as advertised, however verifying the data when it hits my calendar, some confusion insues.

Example:
Reservation scheduled for 21 Oct 07 1800-2000
(I set my time zone so I expect to log in at 1800 my time right?)
Reservation exported to iCal (Mac user) and it shows up on my calendar just fine. The problem is - the reservation shows as being scheduled for 1400-1600 instead of the time frame I had chosen.

This of course leads back to the root problem - when do I log in?

I will be attempting a log in at 1500 as it is not that time yet for me.
If that does not work I will try 1800.
If that does not work I will let you all know and hope you can let me know what I am doing wrong.

Error: You do not have an active reservation

I received this error every day and time I thought I was supposed to log in...

WTH-O?
