We know the problem is causing headaches, which is why we've already got an engineering team working on a new setup that will finally resolve these issues.
If all goes well, towards the end of October the Cisco Lab project will be going offline for a few weeks so we can beta test and troubleshoot our new system.
Once our reset procedure is resolved, we'll start working on a brand new calendar system that will take care of the various GMT timezone issues users have experienced.
