Sorry heretic1981, the reason for this is that some kind soul who used the lab before you did not follow our instructions to set the passwords to cisco. If they use any other password then the automated script that prepares the lab for your use can't log in to the equipment to do so and Chris has to perform a manual password recovery. Hopefully by now he will have noticed the problem and done this, so please try again with our apologies
For the benefit of others we repeat: Please obey the lab instructions, particularly with regard to the passwords!
