Sending Email to people via the website

I'm trying to send and reply to people on the website but I am unable to I get this message.

I've taken a look at my firewall and it shouldn't be blocking it is it possibly something else?

anyone know how to fix it?

It's a known issue. The message gets sent, but an email notification isn't sent.

OK so what you are saying is that I send the email when i type it out but on the second screen after i hit send it doesn't say email sent. But instead I get this freaky weird Coding tellling me i have a problem when infact its just this website with the problem?

so if its so widely known why has it yet to be fixed? Is there something I can do to get rid of it after i send email somehow?

I believe the recipient has his/her account configured to have an email sent to his/her personal mailbox when an PM is received in f.cx. However, the email isn't sent.
