Problem accessing the forums and profile

My buddy ZiPPY says that he is unable to access the forums or his profile. He is able to login, but when he tries to access the forums, private messages, or his profile, all he sees is a blue bar that says "Information." He has deleted his cookies, cache, and history, and has tried logging in on a different computer and browser, but the problem persisted. Please help.
